REQUEST FOR USE OF AN OFFICE:
If you wish to request use of an Office for a specific Day / Time(s) you must contact the Office Lease Holder for approval. Please submit a request with relevant information using the “Request to use an Office” button.
Your request will be emailed directly to the Office Admin who will contact the Office Lease holder with your request. All request will be coordinated initially by the Office Admin. Once communicated, It will up to the Office Lease Holder and you the requester to complete and finalize the arrangements.
